Community Service:
Advocating for youth is a core value for Kathy and her husband Russ, long-time volunteers to the Anacortes Parks & Recreation Department and a variety of Anacortes youth sports. Kathy and her husband also led an adoption/foster ministry for 15 years. Kathy presently serves on the Northwest Career & Technical Academy General Advisory Committee.
